*Every garden is different. If your plan requires a survey, structural engineering, grading and drainage plans, architectural plans, or a drawn irrigation plan, we can add these professionals on to our team.

**Coordination services are provided during construction and are under separate contract. Fees will depend on the scope of work in the final design.
